Pre-ILP Documentation

To all my fellow TCSers...an important post before u leave fr ur ilp session.Hope it ll help u
Original + atleast 2 copies attested by GO and 1 copy self-attested :

(*if applicable) 

1) Marksheets / Certificates of 10th and (12th)*
2) Marksheets of All Semesters of BE / B.Tech / Diploma* / PG*
3) Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate / Course Completion Certificate
and Consolidated Marksheets*
4) Birth Certificate
5) Your PAN card
6) Your Passport*




Other Self-attested copies (keep atleast 2) : 
7) Joining Letter
8) Offer Letter
9) ID proof (Voter ID / PAN / Passport / Driving Lisense)
10) Address Proof (Valid Passport / Voters ID/ Aadhar Card/ Ration card/ Residence Certificate/ Notarised Affidavit)
11) NSR e-card
12) CID form* (only if you are from Mumbai/Pune/Thane areas)

21) Birth Affidavit (If you dont have Birth Certificate)
22) Birth Certificate Translation (If BC is in Hindi)
23) Address Proof Affidavit (If you do not have any proof of address)
24) Multi Name Affidavit (If you have different names on Documents)
25) Signature Affidavit (If signature of your surety is different in PAN card and SVF)

TIPS and NOTES :
1) Always refer instructions given in the Joining Annexure

2) Double check SA, NCA coz these two are most important documents

3) DO NOT TRUST ANYONE, coz if something goes wrong, or if you have mis-understood something, it will be YOUR fault, Always prefer consulting ILP support / HR if you have doubts. Coz TCS HR and team will always be there to help you CORRECTLY...

IMPORTANT POINTS in sequence with checklist numbering :


1,2,3) you should have 60% minimum Throughout your education. (Its okay if u have less than 60% in your individual semesters, but overall aggregate should be 60%)

4) BIRTH CERTIFICATE : It is mandatory document. If it is in Hindi or any other local language, then you need to Translate it...


5) PAN CARD : It is MANDATORY document, If you dont have PAN, you Dont get Salary... Hence apply for it at the earliest of you do not have it....

Note:
a) If your name is mis-spelled in PAN, Apply for Correction...
b) If your Father's name is mis-spelled, you can make affidavit for father's name.
c) If you have different Names in PAN and other documents (generally full name / middle name conflicts) then just make Multi-Name Affidavit thats sufficient...


6) PASSPORT : If you have not applied for Passport, apply it at the earliest... It is not compulsory in ILP... But it is benifitial to have it after completion of ILP, although it is not a big issue...



9) ID proof for BGC : If your name is mis-spelled or different in documents you are submitting, then simply make Multi Name Affidavit...



10) Address proof for BGC : Telephone and Landline bills CAN be in ur father's name, only surname should match... Other wise if you dont have any proof, its very simple to make address affidavit which is Permanent Solution.



Other Address related Queries : IT DOES NOT MATTER Which address you have given during your campus Selection, It does not matter if you have different address on different documents you have.... ALWAYS write your 'CURRENT' present Address / Permanent Address even if it was changed recently.... And if you dont have proof, just make affidavit, as simple as that....



11) NSR e-card : You must bring print out of NSR online card.. It will be generated after you get your ITPIN... you can download your e-card from your NSR account...

It is MANDATORY to complete atleast 1st phase of NSR, i.e online registration, after that you can either complete 2nd phase in ILP center, or you can visit POS (point of service) center to complete your Biometric verification... All the details of "how to apply for NSR" is given in www.NationalSkillsRegistry.com



13,14 ) Photograph must be in formals... Regarding photo upload for Smart Card, you'll recieve a mail.. Follow the instructions which you'll get in mail...



15) NCA : 1st page can be either typed or printed... rest can be printed on A4 / Legal / Bond papers... DO's n DON'Ts are given below :

a) FILL THE BLANKS WITH PEN and in CAPITAL LETTERS
b) WITNESS must be OTHER THAN blood relatives... Prefer Neighbours or friends.
c) Witness Dates n Place must be Same as Dates n Place of Notarization...
d) Its mandatory to NOTARIZE it...
e) Make sure that notary-seal, sign and attestation are duly present in all the pages 



16) SA : 1st page can be either typed or printed... rest can be printed on A4 / Legal / Bond papers... DO's n DON'Ts are given below :

a) DO NOT edit contents... print as it is...
b) FILL WITH PEN... and in CAPITAL letters...
c) DO NOT notarize it... Keep this in mind... SA is NOT meant to be notarized..
d) If you have surety, make sure YOU and surety SIGN in bottom of all the pages



17 ) Medical Certificate : ANY doctor having MBBS degree who has VALID registration ID can attest your Medical Certificate. And it is better if you attest it within 8 days of DOJ... Although you can ask our HR how many days in advance can u attest it...

Make sure you have SEAL n SIGN on your Photograph, and on the last page as well...



18,19,20 ) Surety can be ANYONE who Pays TAX and have salary / Pension more than 2 lacs.. OR u can have surety who is agricultarist having land worth more than 50k... OR instead of having surety, you can have Fixed Deposit in your account in any nationalized bank... 


18.c) SVF : Get it filled by surety and the gazetted officer who will verify surety’s signature and will also attest the same page... SVF can be attested by Competent Authority... GO is a competent authority... List of CA is given in bottom of this Doc.

Make sure your surety’s signature everywhere matches with that done in his/her Pan Card... Otherwise your surety will have to make Signature Affidavit...

IMPORTANT NOTE : Clearly mentioned in the Joining Annexure :

That if SVF is attested by Employer of surety, then FORM 16 is mandatory and should be attested by same employer... 



19.b) Recent valuation certificate of the property (in English only) from the Competent Authority duly signed and sealed. The present market estimate of the property should not be less than Rs 50,000 and the valuation must be done within the last 6 months from DOJ...



20 ) In case of Fixed Deposit.. All surety Fields in Service agreement should be left blank. Surety verification form is not required to be filled. and U should take an empty printout of SVF and carry with u to ILP on DOJ...



21-25) Stamp Purchases : All the stamps MUST be purchased in your name (Including SA and NCA)... And you can purchase it ANYWHERE in India... And you can Notarize it from Anywhere (only SA need not be notarized)... In case you want MultiName Affidavit of your Father / Mother then stamp should be purchased on their name, and filled by them..
*Please note that Stamp for SA (Service Agreement) should be purchased in your name, and if the stamp vendor asks who are the two parties for agreement :
1st Party : TCSL
2nd party : Your Name
(Vice Versa will also work)
